Bharat Trading Corporation – Our Journey of Growth and Trust
Founded on 5th November 1987, Bharat Trading Corporation began its humble journey from a small 180 sq. ft. office with a clear vision — to deliver quality electrical and cable solutions with integrity and commitment.
Our Beginnings
The company was started under the guidance and blessings of Shri Hasmukh Shah and Late Smt. Geeta Shah. Their sons, Mr. Bharat Shah and Mr. Tushar Shah laid the foundation of Bharat Trading Corporation, supported by their wives Mrs. Neena Shah and Mrs. Alpa Shah.
We began by trading Ora Cables, sourcing from Mumbai, and distributing within Pune. Ora Cables, based in Surat, played a vital role in helping us establish our roots and push forward with an initial capital of just ₹27,000.
Milestones in Our Journey
1987 – 1990
Alongside Bharat Trading Corporation, we also started LEO, an associated company that successfully operated for over 10 years.
1990
We launched our own brand – Dynamic Cables, catering to the electronic market. We also took a distributionship of the rexnord cooling fan
The 2000’s:
Our partnerships with reputed brands such as Jainson as Pune distributors and stockists gave us a major boost in credibility and reach.

2003
We became authorized distributors of RR Kabel, marking a major expansion in the wires and cables segment.
2007
On 1st September 2007, we moved to a much larger facility of 25,000 sq. ft., marking a significant step in our growth journey.
Schneider Electric
We were proudly appointed as Authorized Distributors for Schneider Electric in Pune, adding another prestigious global brand to our network.
Our People and Growth
What began as a small team of 5 dedicated individuals has now grown into a family of over 60+ professionals who share the same passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
The Next Generation
In 2018, the next generation — Mr. Parth Shah and Mr. Saurien Shah — joined the business, bringing new ideas, modern strategies, and a fresh vision to take Bharat Trading Corporation to new milestones.
A New Era
In 2025, Bharat Trading Corporation embarked on a new chapter with the inauguration of its state-of-the-art corporate office and warehouse in Bhosari, spanning 50,000 sq. ft. — a symbol of our growth, legacy, and commitment to the future.
