World Autism Day Awareness Programme

On 2nd April 2025, World Autism Awareness Day was observed at ZHEP Remedial Learning Centre, Pune Cantonment Board, with a programme dedicated to supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Mr. Manish Khandagale addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of support groups for acceptance and inclusion. A clay art activity was conducted by Mr. Bharat Gidwani, engaging children in creative learning. Mrs. Vrushalitai Salakar delivered an awareness talk on special education strategies. Dr. Pooja Chungade and final BPTh students spoke about physiotherapy management in ASD. The programme concluded with an interactive Q&A session, benefiting parents and participants.
