ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR I B.P.TH BATCH 2025-26

An orientation programme for first-year BPT students and their parents for the academic year 2025–26 was held on 8th December 2025 at 11 AM to familiarize them with MUHS norms and college functioning. Dr. Avani welcomed the attendees, and Principal Dr. Albin Jerome introduced the physiotherapy profession, college facilities, management, rules, and staff.

Dr. Vijaya Bagade explained the curriculum, syllabus, examination patterns, and various college committees, while Dr. Venkatesan highlighted clinical attachments and academic and cultural events. A question-and-answer session followed, and Dr. Avani Thar delivered the vote of thanks, concluding the event at 1 PM.

On the following two days, students visited Snehalaya Disability Center and N. M. Wadia Hospital to observe physiotherapy setups and understand its role in hospital and community settings.
